Thanks AJ. There's times when an FPV quad just can't compete with the Platinum. Wind was just geting up too so timed it right this morning.

Always do what you enjoy mate - FPV looks like a really cool but for long distance flying and staying in the air for 20 odd minutes to capture some lovely stills and 4K vid you can't go far wrong with any DJI Mavic. The Platinum especially was one of my favourite drones. So quiet.

yeah, she's a beauty. Had the lot really apart from the Mavic 2 series. Was considering the Air 2 as a replacement for the Platinumum but can't really justify it. I know it's a better camera and flight time but hey. You work with your tolls to get waht you want. Phantom 4 Pro and Advanced are my faves but too big and loud. Can hear them coming from half a mile away.

Yeah, the P4P is louder than the Inspire 1 but had an amazing camera. As for flight times, unless flying in near windless conditions, I get about the same flight time with the MA2 as I did with the Platinum. The main upgrade on the MA2 is indeed the camera, obstacle avoidance and remote controller.

Indeed buddy. Brought a little extra to it. It turned out like the toy setting on some cameras.
