From the castle if you looked towards the water you would have seen Canvey Island,  and this is the far side on the thames.

Same here but I tend to put off going to the new spots when I get the chance Need to make the effort. Definitely flying tomorrow as the weather looks good and have three batteries on the charger now.

True,  but I have a room that needs two coats of paint on the walls,  a bookcase that needs another coat of paint and then a radiator to respray.   But I have a coupe of batteries charged just in case,

Thats pushing it - even if you get the one flight in that'll be a nice reward for that effort. Weather takes a turn for the worse for most of the rest of this coming week.

lol.  Ive been there in the snow,  took great delight in driving down the hill to the carpark and back again whilst everyone else was getting stuck and needed a push.  But then I do like driving in the snow.

My favourite past time has to be driving past where people I work with live and then later they call in with the usual excuse that they couldn't get out of their road,  and I delight in saying that's a shame I could have given you a lift as I drove past yours this morning.

I guess that depends on the employer and if they can work from home. How some organisations handle staff conduct varies massively on internal policy/culture. Some banks I have worked for would have fired the person whilst other companies would do the same as you.
