Seems you had a bad camera, and DJI just wants to repair it.  Livestream  @ 720P is tops, GoPro is at HD1080P. Webcam, not with DJI per no answer at all from this Company, not even GoPro, they just pop up on the update page. If you want a camera and a company that actually talks to people. that used to be Kodak.  it may be the way today's Business is, only and only will you know when it is released.

Good luck with your option to keep, or sell. I would not hold my breath on it.

I will most likely sell it. I like the camera, and their service has provided quick turnarounds. For now, I'll continue to use my phone camera.
