I would like to congratulate DJI for the excellent after sales support! Two out of my three intelligent batteries are swollen. I have contacted DJI support and they asked me for photos and videos of the batteries and their serial number together with the proof of purchase. Two MAVIC 2 PRO intelligent batteries which were purchased 2 years ago!
DJI responded very professionally and, yes, they have sent to me two new batteries manufactured last month. FREE OF CHARGE! Not replacement! Just 2 NEW BATTERIES!
I have to admit that DJI has much improved and behaves like a real famous and well-established company, caring about their customers. Well done DJI! Keep doing excellent!
