Hi out there!

I have used the Smart Controller for a while now but wonder where the available Screen Shot (called Capture) is stored? How and where can I reach the picture I have shot?

Thank`s in advance.

Hello djiuser_mGfQz7W0zTwU, thank you for reaching us and for your inquiry. The Smart Controller has an internal storage that stores the following:
1. Screen recording videos: Movies/Screen
2. Screenshots: Screenshots
3. Original videos: DJI/dji.go.v4/DJI Album
4. Cached images: DJI/dji.go.v4/CACHE_IMAGE
5. Cached videos: DJI/dji.go.v4/DJI_RECORD
6. Edited videos: DJI/dji.go.v4/VideoEditor/production/

You can see all the screen captured by following the steps below:
1. Open the DJI App (DJI go 4 app/DJI Fly) whichever the app you are using.
2. On the lower right corner select the icon in circle with four squares inside.
3. Tap "File explorer".
4. You can check Images or Videos folders to check the screen captured photo/video.
5. If not on those folders, select "Internal Storage tab" on the upper part of the screen.

Please let me know the result. Thank you.
