The Mavic Pro 1.0 mirrors video and photo files onto the iPhone via the DJI app.  I'm trying to back them up. before I just delete them.

I download to photo app from the DJI app manually, then from the photo app I try to airdrop the videos but it gives me an error.

The photos seem to download fine.

You might try posting this over on the apple forum as it sounds like an IOS issue not a go 4 issue.   Alternatively backup your photos/video via iCloud.  I do that for all my images and it works great.

Hello johnta, thank you for reaching us out and for your inquiry. To further assist you, may I ask if what is the exact error you have received when you tried to upload the videos to airdrop? Regarding to the response from DAFlys post #2, that is actually correct you can backup the photos/videos via iCloud before you can delete them. Otherwise, the DJI Go 4 app will mirror the video and photo from your device.

Please keep us posted so that we can further assist you. Thank you.
