Although Pocket 2 came out to be an all in one package, let's give 3rd party accessary makers some ideas.

Let them know what kind of accessary you want to see. Vote or leave your idea in the comment.

My priority is Gimbal cover that works with Wide angle lens attached.
PGYTech, I hope you make this.

Pocket 2's tilt motor seems much thicker than Pocket 1's.
Hope more powerful motor open up the possiblity for VND filter for Wide angle lens.
(Freewell already has a similar one already for Pocet 1 wide angle lens...)

Anyone annoyed with all the light leak into the frame?
If possible, I like to get a tiny lens hood that can be attached with magnet.

It can cover Top, Left and Right but have an open bottom so we can access for ND filter attachment.
Or if ND filter maker makes special ND filter that can have a lens hood attached on top of it...
Just free idea.

Because the Lens for Pocket 2 is much brighter F 1.8...
We might need ND Filter stronger than ND 64.

No doubt , now you've mentioned that idea - the ulanzi/freewel/neewers etc ... will be putting that into production by tonight.  Available Amazon next week.

Waterproof mic would be nice too.

There can be two workaround.

1. Waterproof case covers the whole Wireless Mic Transmitter but the 3.5mm jack and use Lavalier Mic.

2. Waterproof case has an opening for a built-in mic with warterproof fabric covers over that transmit sound.

Pocket 2 aware when filter and lens are attached.
It parks gimbal head outward for lens and filter not to interfere with gimbal arm.

Wide angle lens are confirmed with it but Small ND filters are not confirmed with anyone actually try it.

Second the battery grip.  Something like that with a 18650 battery would give you all day performance.

As you mentioned 18650, this battery grip can be a 18650 battery casing.
So users can replace 18650 battery on the fly.

Recently asked PGYTech if they have a plan to make Gimbal cover for Pocket 2. They said they would consider it seriously.

It might mean they didn’t consider in the first place or currently working on it already.
I hope they make one very soon.

This is happen to Pocket 2 made after Nov 2020.
Early Oct 2020 production models do not have this problem.
(I guess more secure fit is better for the tripod mount.)

It can loosen a bit and become easer to take off after 20~30 take on and off.

Battery grip that looks like a Do-It-All Handle with tripod mount. This would be excelent since I rarely use "all in Handle".

Odd that DJI did not made it in first place since I know actually 4 others who are not using Handle but needs more battery.
