My dad found this drone in the woods on his golf course. How do I go about finding the owner?

Try sending a PM to one of the moderators with the serial number.

Are the numbers next to the QR code on one of the struts the serial number?

PS serial number is on the arm or under the battery.

Was the Mavic 2 found with arms folded? Any obvious damage?

No, the arms weren't folded. But yes, the owner was found. One of the landing legs up front was bent and cracked.

I'm glad that you were able to return the drone to it's owner.  Thank you for doing so!

Maybe a good reason why I have a P-Touch label on my Mini that states "If found, please call Jim at..." with my phone number and E-Mail address.  Also on the root of every uSD card that I use with the drone is a text file with my contact information.  Lastly, although the Mini is light enough that I did not need to register it (unless I have night strobes installed), I did register it and do have the FAA registration numbers P-Touch labeled on the Mini.  That gives another route that at least MIGHT result in my getting my Mini back if found.

I had a Phantom a few years back and printed my email address on stickers and placed it on my drone.
