The service I got from dji is the worst ever. Its almost been a month and I still haven't received my item. I won't be surprised if I don't get it ever. I sent my dji ronin sc to dji hoping to get it repaired and not delayed. I would have rather waited for the ronin sc2. Love you products dji, Love your customer service, hate your repair service. You guys have went past almost all of your garanteed times. I wanted dji to take off some of the items on my repair list and change my quotation, they said it would take 3 business to do it (which I'm still waiting for) and this is like the 9th day. I really hope I get my stuff back soon. |
