We are unable to select 4k as a resolution on the zoom sensor of our H20.
Sometimes the > icon shows up next to 1080/30fps when selecting video size, but even then it reverts back to 1080p when recording. Have tried resetting the camera, formatting cards, using faster cards (v30 Sandisk Extreme Pro) etc - nothing works. 99% of the time, the icon is missing entirely as shown in the attached picture.

Extremely frustrating and it seems we are not alone, with others reporting the same issue on social media.
