i opened a case on Monday 26/10/2020 and till today i havent receive the shipping label.
I have contact your customer service regarding my case and i also provided additionally e-mail address to receive there the shiiping label.
i already checked the spam folders and followed all your instructions in order to search the e-mail.

Today i was one of your customer service employeess he even provided me the UPS tracking number (1ZR54Y139151748730) however after calling UPS this tracking number is not in their system.

Today the 4th day is finishing and still i have no shipping label received even if i was ensurred from your side that i will have it.

What else i can do from my side in order to get the shipping labels from you ?
