Hello DJI POCKET 2 I have installed FIRMWARE UPDATE V01.02.00.50 but HDR video and Story Mode does not appear on my device. Please help me. I did a reset. I formatted the card, it didn't work again

I just updated my DJI Pocket 2. Now it is stuck going between two screens that say "Updating control stick do not power off Pocket" and "Update Successful". It is unusable when the control stick (the attachment that has the joystick and the button) But works when attached to a phone just fine. Does any one else have this problem? Customer service hasn't been helpful...
