Osmo mobile 3 here with iPhone 6S. Bought it just 3 days ago and updated the newest firmware.
Im new with the Osmo 3 but I stumbled upon a bug maybe in the timelapse mode.
I tried a panoramic shoot with my iPhone 6S, going from one side to the other so covering 180 degrees with 4 waypoints set..
I did set the app to 0.5s and 5min.
But then I found its moving too slow and in 5 minutes moves to only about 100 degrees of the shoot and stops.
I tried it 2 times but the result was same, the osmo moves slowly but capture only up to about 100 degrees in the given 5 minutes.
Now I ask myself WHY IS THAT?
I mean the software should calculate how fast it needs to move BEFORE so it can cover my whole shot within 5 minutes.
Why isnt that pre calculating happening?
Why is there a 5 min. setting when that is not enough for a 180 degree timelapse?
Why is there no Error popping zp that with 5min the gimbal cant do the full 180 degrees.
Timelapse set to 180 degrees with 4 waypoints and 5 minutes time.
The gimbal only shoots about 90 degrees and then time is up - so it moves too slow to do the full 180 degrees.
Tried same path and waypoints and set it to 10 minutes - gimbal now catches about 120 degrees only but still not the full 180 degrees.
Resulting 1st video then is 25sec long
2nd video is 50 sec. long.
