I have an issue that the tension of the quick release lock looses tension.



Is there a way (e.g. by a screw or something) to increase tension or is the mechnism damaged somehow?

Hi Björn, to double confirm, the knob has been locked in place but the camera mounting plate can still be moved, right? If so, you may need to send the Ronin S back, there it can't be screwed.

Hi Susan,

it locks not very tight. with less force you can open up that lock again. And it opens up accidently while shooting. This happens 2 times to me already.

So is it damaged then?
