hello,

I am trying to activate my Mavic Air 2 but I am getting and error code 1112 telling me to contact DJI support. doesnt matter what email account i use its the same message. Then the drone will reset itself and then i will see the go fly blue window but then it swtiches back to activate. Can someone please help me out?

It sounds like you have a DOA unit

1112 error code means that unit has been stole, I suggest to contact DJI, they will probably advise you to return it to the supplier.
