DJI Europe have not sent me a shipping label for CAS-5356313-T6G8T8

Could this be chased up please, it seems to be a re-occuring issue with DJI Europe!

Now DJI want to charge me over £600 to ‘repair’ 3 Inspire 2 batteries that have never been used, sighting ‘over discharge’ as they have never been used they must have been faulty at manufacture. European Law protects us by stipulating that if there is an inherent defect then the responsibility falls to the manufacturer or supplier to rectify the situation.

Not very good DJI you supplied me with faulty batteries which I could not charge out of the box and then you refuse to acknowledge an inherent defect.
