strange 'gimbal locked' error

Just the last two days - being having a very strange issue with my osmo pocket.

WHen I turn it on - it starts trying to move to the right and then says something like 'Gimbal locked. Press tap to continue', when in fact, there is no obstruction/anything blocking it/etc.

If I press tap, it still doesn't work. After turning it off/on like 20x - 'finally' it seemed to start properly.

This happened a 2nd time today (1st was 2 days ago)


Anyway idea what is happening/how to fix it?

I bought this about 2 years ago (when it first came out) - would it still be elgible for free service?

so - is it actually a hardware error then?

You may refer to the DJI after-sales service polices from the website below and check the "Warranty Period of Main Parts*"

If the product is within the warranty period, then the warranty service will be provided depends on the result of the diagnosis, otherwise, there will be a quotation for you.
