The local Golf Course on the hills is divided in two by roads crossing by the clubhouse.
Defying the winds this morning, as there was at last a bit of clear sky, I took the M2Z
up there for a look around. Even this larger machine than the Mini was being blown
about, and drifting slowly downwind without any stick input from me.
Above 50 metres I got the warnings to land ASAP, but was able to continue long
enough to get a few shots. I've never been a golfer but the views from here are spectacular.

Nah!  What's the old saying - Golf is a good walk spoiled   The only shots I took were with the M2Z.
I didn't see anyone on the course and the were very few cars in the carpark. But then, it was only 08h45.

I dont understand,  that golf course was empty. Ive not seen an empty one for months.  Locally I noticed that they start off playing in pairs as per the covid rules,  but as they progress they end up as 8.

Just for you, I ran through the video again   At 08h45 there is no-one on the Back Nine, they're just starting out on the first half of the course, over which I chanced to pan. I spotted movement, and there is one pairing on what I believe is the second hole:

Yes there are usually 18 holes on the course, but the club-house bar is often referred to as the 19th hole - the watering hole I just don't bother with the first 18.
