Dear all, I sent my spark to local service centre for warranty claim 2 years back, all was okay because i've been using remote all the while. then 1 day i tried to connect via phone, using wifi connection, i realize the SSID number are diff from the sticker on my drone body, meaning 2 years back they "service centre has replace new motherboard for me with new SSID number and password ( never inform me ), so now i dont have the password with me, and i called service centre they tell me they are no longer authorize service DJI drone. pls help me
