Yea, the levels were very low, but somehow Taiwanese people thinks if you go there and see low level of water and been able to see the 9 frogs in the 9 frogs stack (they are a level measure mechanism), means you got very lucky, so in my case, that day i was very lucky hehe

Hehe
It is one of the most visited points in the lake
They are a level measurement mechanism, if you see 9 frogs, means the level of water of the lake is very low, the less frogs you see means higher water level in the lake.
And the legend says if you go there and be able to see the 9 frogs, you are very lucky, so most of visitors rush there to see if they are lucky enough to see the 9 frogs
