In July I have bought a DJI matrice 300 RTK with D-RTK2. The D-RTK2 station still does not work, I have tried a beta firmware and it does not work in Spain.
A few days ago I bought an XT2 for thermal mapping and I don't sleep with so many problems.
- The gimbal is rotated when the line changes in the mission and the images are taken crooked.
- When you try to resume a mission after changing the batteries it gives an error (I have already seen that it is a bug).
- The date and time are reset to November 18, 2013 whenever the remote control is turned on. (I have seen that it is another bug, it happens when you have a microsd card inserted).
- The self-timer sometimes gets stuck and many seconds go by without taking photos so the overlaps are not made.
A thousand things that should be fixed. I have to use my inspire 1 because the matrice 300 is a horror.

I have encountered these problems as well. You've seen my post about xt2 mapping.
I didn't receive any help from DJI since then.
Since we don't have any other drones capable of running xt2, we have to do the mapping manually. You can imagine how much fun that is.

These are the mappings made by the Matrice 300 + XT2 drone. Does anyone from dji say anything?

Nothing at all. Nobody says anything in the official Technical Support, Nobody says anything in the forums, nothing in the open tickets. A shame of technical service.

I checked Toshiba, Sony, Samsung and SanDisk. 16 to 64GB. Different speeds. Class 10 and uhs3. I had problems with all of them.

Funny thing is, when you set xt2 to shoot with shortest interval and fly it manually it works just fine. It only skips shots when in a mission.

I also have the issue with the Time resetting if the memory card is in the controller. DJI support have identified it as an issue, and said it will be fixed in the next firmware release. This also affects the battery station, when you connect the controller.

I've not tried the XT2 on mapping yet, but will do some experimentation shortly.
