Hi,

Had 3 flights today, 2x MM and 1x MA2.

First flight MM ; had a 'weak signal' message on the screen. Oke....but it did not dissapear!!  The whole flight this message on the screen, flying 5 meter in front of me, still there.
On closing down FlyApp and restarting again ; clean screen.

Second flight MM ; same as above only for for an aircraft interference message.

MA2 flight ; 2 disconnections withing 900 meters. Uhh,  flying above a lake...

So not pleased now at all.

EDIT. an update on the FlyApp but still 1.2.0, now googleplay 889 before 882....fly again tomorrow to check it out

Thanks for posting this JJB as I thought my incident was an isolated one.  This morning I flew my MA2 for the first time on App 1.2.0.  Pre-flight was normal so took off and at 750 meters I experienced a disconnect.  After getting MA2 back I put in another fully charged battery (just to eliminate that as a possible issue), rebooted my mobile device, cleared cache on Fly App and tried 2nd flight.  I got another disconnect, but this time at around  825 meters.  After getting back MA2 I again put on another fully charged battery.  I uninstalled Fly App 1.2.0 and rebooted mobile device.  I then installed 1.1.10 Fly App and had a successful 3rd flight with no disconnects.  I fly in this location all the time because it is an isolated area and has zero signal interference issues.  My issue only occurred on 1.2.0 so not sure what changed from 1.10.0 but appears something did that affects the connection.

Still no batt values....uh, on the MM nothing, for the MA2 some values but many values the same....

may better to go back to 1.1.9 ; love to see batt values....

I’m new to Ocusync, I was getting some minor lag on my Mini 2 when it was on 50m away, I’m assuming this shouldn’t happen in a rural environment

I have the latest fly update. Mine flew ok I didn’t have any flight issues. But I had app crashes when importing images from the drone to my iPhone XS device. It crashed twice while copying images to my device. The last update before I had app crashes while editing videos in the fly app. The last few updates seem to be more unstable for me.

I had a similar issue and deleted the app and reinstalled it.  This resolved the problem for me.

Hmmmm I had a clean install of fly 1.2.0 on a reset Android phone and had the would-not-clear weak signal thing too (Mavic Mini) along a full reboot of the phone occurring.

What's the process for installing an earlier version as per post #2?

I flew the MA2 yesterday with 1.2.0 for the 1st time and has a lot of video lag, up to 10 seconds. I turned off histogram and exposure warning and it went away. Still, I want to keep those on.

I had the exact same issues you described in 1.2.0 -- "weak signal" message that won't go away, "interference" message, reduced range.  I installed 1.1.10 for iPhone from here: DJI Fly 1.1.10 download for iphone and there were no issues.

Me too. It's now disconnecting frequently.

I also want downgrade my DJI Fly App. I normally dont update promptly when there is a new version as there are concerns and issues that arises right after its release. I usually wait for weeks before upgrading. And also, this new update is basically for the inclusion of the mini2. Anyways, will you (DJI tech) help me rollback just a notch lower on IOS? Thanks.

1 more flight test for me, than back to 1.1.9   a version with batt values in the output file....

wich i find very important to check after each flight.

Can you describe how to downgrade DJI Fly for IOS to 1.1.9 (or any other version in general)?  I was able to revert to 1.1.10 because DJI provides a link on their support page but how would you do it for 1.1.9?

sorry, i use Android.

But just delete the app, than delete all maps related to dji. Reboot device and install 1.1.9 apk.
As said l for Android, if iOS is the same....no idea

Hi ,  The app updated to 1.2.0 yesterday on my phone (android) and I have started getting the Weak signal and aircraft interference messages.
The messages do not go away no matter how close my MM. (I knew I should of turned off updates)
Could you help me out with instructions on rolling back to version 1.1.10.

Really would be grateful for a step by step if you could

Hi JJB,
I did 3 flights of 25 minutes each using the Fly 1.2.0 application, with Mavic Mini.
My mobile phone is an S8+ with Android 9.
Today, over here, is a little bit windy (30 Km/h) so could test it on fair conditions. The maximum distance reached was 1022 meters and maximum altitude 30 meters, just to make sure the risk was lowered.
Besides "strong wind" warnings, never noticed any other warning. Checked all notifications in Airdata and everything seems fine. No "connection lost" warning or any special RC warning.
Maybe, beginners luck...

Hi! Same here with iOS. Mavic mini in front of me, weak signal that never go away. I downgrade at 1.1.10 and the problem never appeared again.
The only problem is that now the app froze and crash if I download a file and it doesn’t have the opportunity to fix the lights by itself...

No, you can generally switch off the Google Play auto update or just the update of individual apps or auto update with the exclusion of individual apps.

iOS 1.2.0 does show batt valuesm so DJI   update Android 1.2.0 to 1.2.1 and fix all the 'errors'!
