Does the new software/firmware include support for Galileo like for Mini 2?

Yes. Mini 2 it's compatible with Galileo gnss system

I know Mini 2 supports Galileo, I was asking about Mavic Mini (not 2)

Anyone that takes a few seconds to check the specs for the Air 2, knows that your assumption was incorrect.
Whether it does or doesn't wouldn't make any difference that a user could detect anyway.
