Hey, I just recieved my DJI Ronin M that I ordered from the official DJI store on Amazon; and I recieved it with faulty batteries that will not charge. I am very frustrated because I used money sponsored to me for college and specifically bought this gimbal for my film classes. If there is not a fix, I would like replacement batteries.

If the charger is normal and the batteries are still unable to charge, please send us an email to support@dji.com and provide the serial numbers of the batteries, our team will help to check and provide further assistance.
