It’s impossible get in contact with DJI. I’m not amused about what the service means to DJI. In have a lot of DJI products and one of them is a inspire 2 after a crass I have no confidents in the airframe anymore. So I asked for being a new airframe and destroy the old one. So I can keep my prores license. They told me that is not possible. Thats very strange. For instants. when I buy a brand-new Inspire2 with a prores lisence and I crass one day later, I’have to buy again a license for the new airframe again. This is really ridiculous.
