I just upgraded to 1.1.2 on the DJI Fly App on the Smart Controller, I now get a black screen with my Mavic Air 2. When I took a picture its ok but the screen is black. I then tried the Mavic Air 2 on my smart phone & it works fine. Should I downgrade back to the prior version. If so how do I do that on the Smart Controller. Does anyone else have this problem? Please help...Thank You

I have 1.1.10, works fine. Try a newer vesion.

Yes, its the newest version, 1.2.0. It just came out.  I had the wrong number I just upgraded early today on the Smart Controller.

just found this: * DJI Fly v1.2.0 is not compatible with DJI Smart Controller. To use DJI Fly on DJI Smart Controller, please download an earlier version of DJI Fly. DJI is working to release a new version of DJI Fly that is compatible with DJI Smart Controller as soon as possible.

The DJI Smart Controller uses a 32 bit processor while the DJI Fly app of IOS and Android is compiled for a 64 bit s processing system.  This means that unless the DJI Fly app is compiled for the older 32 bit processor system that the Smart Controller uses it will not work.  More than likely DJI will issue a firmware update with a 32 bit version of the DJI Fly app for the Smart Controller.  There is not necessary to update theDJI Fly App on the Smart Controller right now to 1.2.0 as all new features of the DJI Fly app are exclusively for the Mini 2 which is not compatible yet with the Smart Controller.

You would need to delete the DJI Fly app from the Smart Controller and use DJI Assistant to reinstall the firmware on the Smart Controller to roll back the DJI Fly app.  

Would you please post the link for other users who need to downgrade.

The link for older versions in the download center seems to be only for older iOS versions...

It may not be a DJI issue as you updated the Smart Controller's DJI Fly app with a non compatible version complied for a different operating system architecture.

go to Setting -> Application, tap on DJI Fly then in the upper right corner tap three dots and Uninstall Updates. it'll bring back version 1.1.6

Thank You so much, its an older version  but at least it works now. Thanks again for the great tip. I feel much better now, I can use my smart controller again.
