I think is affects everyone mate - probably held back with all hands on deck for the Mini 2 launch. Still, lets see if they get redeemed next week...

I was just wondering. I had a hard time last month just trying to exchange
points. It made me wait one full month even though I didn't exchange the
month before. I have been exchanging ever month so I can purchase a SC
but was thinking because I am just sitting on the cash that I was being cap.

They are usually really quick in changing the points for credits but yeah, this month they are already a week late! Note too that the credits are only valid for a year now and you'll lose them if not spent by then.

Which is why I am trying to exchange them. Right now I am sitting on
about $ 300, which could get me a great deal on anything I buy.

Usually they redeem right away. So clearly there is something different.
Unfortunately they don't communicate about it.

Some months were quicker than others, but I dont recall many this late.  Perhaps they dont want people to use their points towards the mini 2 just yet.

There have been very late months before, but not too many as I recall.
I have actually forgotten one month because of this, so I hope this time I will remember to check every now and then.

December last year they were not redeemed before the 12th (I can just see when I sent a PM about it, not when they redeemed)
October it was 11th .
But other than that I only have PM's about the 4th or 6th about late redemptions....
So it is uncommon indeed!

It wouldn't surprise me - the fact 5,000 points gains the highest rank on the forum and I'm about to hit 200,000 - the credits were clearly designed to give the odd ten or twenty bucks off now and again - not 50% off a brand new drone. I think the credit system has come to an end now Oh well.

I agreed. To many of us have been redeeming and not cashing in.
right now I have half the cost of the new Mini 2 total package. So you may be right.
