i have a DJI acount for my mavic mini.  ive just bought a mavic 2 pro and downloaded the DJI GO4 app and can sign in fine on my android device but won't let me sign in on my ipad mini4.  the IOS app just comes up with a password screen yet it doesn't recognise my password.  please can anyone help ?

Hello there Mark0110. Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to read and to know that you are having trouble with logging in your DJI Account on the DJI Go 4 using your iPad mini 4. For us to isolate and check, were you able to re-install the app from the said device? In addition, were you able to try to log in the DJI Account on our official website?
