Hello there, you can check our camera compatibility information on https://www.dji.com/cn/support/compatibility/ronin-sc/a7m3 to see the cable that support with your camera. Both the Sony Multi cable and the Type-C cable are supportive but they have differences on the camera control function.
If you are using the A7S3, currently we are working on the camera testing and will update the compatibility information soon on the website above.

Its the usb (gimbal) to multi (cam) cable...

I'm not using the A7S3 ... just the A7M3.
