Hi Kim, sorry to hear about the difficulties you had experienced. Just to double confirm, the DJI Mimo app doesn't respond when the mobile device is connected to the DJI Pocket 2, right? Please check if the connecting pins are dusty, please try to clean it with a dry cotton pad.
If it is possible, please try with a compatible mobile device, if the issue persists, please provide a video of the procedure for us to check further about it, thank you.
