DJI OsmoPocket2 Activation question.

Pocket 2 cannot be activated.
Pocket 2 cannot be activated in mimo application
I tried various methods, but it didn't work

The way i tried
1. reinstall mimo application.
2. Cell phone reboot
3. sd card reinstall
4. Data and Wi-Fi reset
5. Pocket 2 connection via USB-C type line
6. Pocket 2 full charge
7. Mobile phone LG v50, Galaxy z flip, iPad 3rd generation pro

Tried a lot but Pocket 2 didn't respond and mimo application didn't respond.
There is no response, only the attached picture screen appears.

Hi Kim, sorry to hear about the difficulties you had experienced. Just to double confirm, the DJI Mimo app doesn't respond when the mobile device is connected to the DJI Pocket 2, right? Please check if the connecting pins are dusty, please try to clean it with a dry cotton pad.
If it is possible, please try with a compatible mobile device, if the issue persists, please provide a video of the procedure for us to check further about it, thank you.
