I have a case number and it's states that a free shipping label has been generated and sent to my email. However, I have yet to recieve the shipping lable.  I checked my spam folders and it's no where to be found.

Could you pelase resend, case number ends in T0H7J4

Usually the system auto sends it to you immediately..

This sounds very much like my issue that I have been working on since I filed my dji Care Refresh claim on October 29, 2020.  I have been told the labels were shipped in E-mail (3) times. Have looked in Spam and no luck.Have you received your shipping labels yet.
