If you have the Smart Controller, can you buy a Mini 2 without controller?

I have not seen any official dealers that only sell the drone and its presently not compatiable with the SC however, it would be good anyway as MA2 owners can use their existing RC with the Mini 2.

Doubt already place for the mini 1. They don't sell drones without RC or vice versa.

Wait a few weeks/ months, first to see if they add the Smart Controller to be compatible, second to see if someone starts selling Mini 2's without  Controller

No battery though. Not worth it after you buy the $55 battery, But it shows they are coming on eBay ;-)

On eBay you can find DJI drones without controllers for sale. I have bought a replacement Mini 2 this way and had absolutely no issues. Totally worth the cost. There are several reputable sellers that sell DJI which have not yet been registered and therefore you will still be able to add Care Refresh package. As far as I can tell, looks like DJI probably sells them to these sellers for this type of business.

Where can I find the drone only , I have lost mine over water

would be great to have this option for all the supported Drones which we could fly then all with the mini2 controller only and be able to buy them seperatelly without another controller

Yes you can buy the mini 2 drone by its self without batteries or a controller. It's specifically sold for people who have had fly aways and never able to retrieve or the ones who have had fatal crashes with their mini2 so they can replace the drone its self.....look on amazon or just do a quick Google search but amazon is where I seen em..

is this also applicable for Air2S etc etc? As I cannot of yet find the Air2S without controller
