Guys, who knows where to buy a battery for the Mavic 2 Pro remote control? I searched on eBay and aliexpress, I can't find it anywhere. From frequent use, the battery has degraded and needs to be replaced. I would appreciate your help. Can someone share a link where to buy a battery or the exact name and specifications.

Good question, which I also would like to know, as you can replace the drone battery, why not the RC battery? Also how the battery can be replaced. Saw a video here in the forum somewhere about someone taking the Go 4 remote apart and it did not look so easy that I would dare to do this. It may have to be sent in to DJI or an authorised workshop depending on country. Hope to get a reply from DJI about this.

In any workshop they will be able to replace the battery, it is not difficult, the main question is where to buy it.

Would not an authorised workshop have batteries?

In Russia, there are no authorized workshops as such. But we have private workshops where there are excellent specialists.I have had drones repaired many times,including after the drone was at sea for more than an hour.

OK I understand. Will wait for a reply from DJI or someone how has found a battery, as it would be good to know for the future.

Hello there Alexpunker. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the battery of your DJI Mavic 2 Pro remote controller. Since you are having this issue I would recommend for you to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance.  We have a team that will do there best to check the said remote controller and will give out the best resolution for this issue. Just a reminder that  DJI do not recommend doing a DIY in fixing the said DJI remote controller to avoid further damaging the said unit. In russia, there are no authorized services, there are recommended ones. I called one of them and they told me that it supplies spare parts for the control panel more efficiently and offered to buy me a new one. It is very strange.

Hi, I'm testing a Mavic 2 Pro, and I'm having a problem charging the remote control. I used the DJI charger, but it doesn't work, it only indicates for a couple of seconds "Charging ...", is the remote control battery damaged? It´s a device that was not used for months and I have only been able to charge them up to 75% 3 days ago. Thanks.
