Hey everyone,
Yesterday I contacted DJI through live chat and they promised me that my product will be shipped today. Today, my product was not shipped so I started a Live chat again. The person who talked to me today told me that my product is out of stock.
This is unacceptable. This is the 2nd time that my order was delayed, and I already paid for the product. The product seems to be in stock on the website, even when I placed my order a week ago. The delivery time is 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. The money was taken, the payment was confirmed, and yet I am still here putting client work on hold due to a delay which I was not informed of.
Very unprofessional. Please DJI, get back to me regarding this issue with a solution.
