In the middle section of this video, I tried to make a pretty long but not-boring drone shot with my Mavic Air 2 . Believe me, I had to do many trials for this shot, but I'm happy with the result, as I'm really still a beginner with my drone. Hope you Pros enjoy it...

the point is, I like legwork, I can't sit still too long . I really enjoyed it to scramble around at that beautiful area. Maybe you noticed the swallows in the video. It was funny, they accompanied every time I was there and they were looking curiously, what I'm doing there. When flying with the drone, there always were several swallows flying near the drone and watching. I really enjoyed it...

Very nice project(s)! Lets hope it succeed with the Milkyway timelapse. But I guess it will be difficult at your location, because of the surrounding Mountains, which nearly all the time give Clouds. The 30 seconds delay in Timelapse gives a very nice flow in the Video! Well done.

Thank you! Meanwhile, I catched the milky way. The mountains are not the problem, we also have very clear sky often. But I had to go up on a mountain to escape the light pollution of villages and towns.
I hope I can edit the footage soon and make a new video. The milky way is of course not visible like with a full frame dlsr, as the action cam sensors are small. But hey, I can see it

I'm thinking now about someday buying a used full frame camera to make the reeeeally good milky way footage. It never ends

Okay! I thought it would be a problem, with the Mountains for Night shots (Milkyway). For sure, a real DSL camera, would be to prefer. Back in time, a had a Canon D5 full frame camera, with a good variations of Lenses, and it has really been a pleasure to make shots with this Camera. But years ago, I did sell almost everything, and only kept the "Juvel" in collection, which are the Canon EF 200mm f/1.8L
I really don't want to let it go, as it's a phantastic lens.

I'm so lucky, to live outside the City, and in an area which are nearly fully Black when Moon are away. So at these times and moments, it gives amazing views to the Milkyway, and stars in generally.

Thank you! I'm absolutely sure, you can do that as well, I'm just a beginner! The technology is soo great nowadays, especially the DJI drones are brilliant, this helps a lot.

I don't think many who do not visit Switzerland pretty frequently actually realize ... I was lucky since the Mavic air is less than 500g, the rules were less restrictive.

I guess, something was messed up in your post. Did you try to post a link or so?

Anyway, yes we have of course drone laws in Switzerland (BAZL) and they will change soon. I also had to get a license in the US even for my little DJI Spark and put a license number on the drone... But it was no problem to get the license.
