Hi, got a small issue with the DJI FPV transmitter.

Got a RTF kit directly from iFlight, including drone, goggles and RC. Eveything updated and binded perfectly. Tried using the DJI controller with Liftoff sim, and realised when rolling right(aileron), its not smooth and jumps/spikes all the sudden the first few milimeters of movement. Rolling left, pitching back and forward is smooth and precise. Thought it could be sim/windows, so I armed the drone(DC2) to see what pitch/roll does. Same as in Liftoff, rolling left and pitching works smooth, however rolling right seems jumpy, looks like the quad is going to flip.
Have calibrated the RC through goggles multiple times, and the issue is still there. Did the update again, with a calibration again, still there.

Betaflight shows all input to be correct, just the right roll skips some input, like shoots from 1500 to 1800ish. almost reacts like there is 1mm dead spot, and after passing that point it registers correctly, talking real small input.

Have also tightened the right gimble with the 2 screws situated at the back, as they felt bit loose. Gimbals felt better, however still spikes when slowly/slightly rolling right. Sent a mail to Joshua B and he believes the RC has factory fault and needs replacement. Strange for a new RC to have this issue.

Has anyone experienced this?  Gimbals feel 100% fine, not sure if it's software or hardware related.

Any help would be appreciated

if you have recalibrated it and it's still doing it, it's gotta be a hardware defect. unfortunate! you will most likely need to get it replaced
