Hi everyone!
I installed the flight simulator and It starts to work but then I get an " input not supported " error and the screen turns black with the error in a square white box moving around the screen.

I can hear the music but can't do anything at all. I have to turn the pc off and back on to get back to windows.

What system are you using?

Dell OptiPlex 7010 with windows 10, intel i5, 16 GB, GT1050Ti 4 GB video card and a regular 16" monitor

I was able to get it working with changing the image quality to LOW, Resolution to 720p and display mode to Window.

I'm still trying how to get into the simulator. LOL  Just got my first drone mavic 2 and I need to practice before I go outside.  I hope mine doesn't behave this way.  I did do the firmware update.

I have the mavic air 2 and the controller is not compatible with the simulator   To get the simulator to work you have to go in the Dji Flight Simulator folder and double click on                   " UE4PrereqSetup_x.exe " and install, then double click on " dji_usb_5512_64_108.exe ".    You should now be able to run the simulator and launcher with a compatible controller (I think Mavic Air controller is compatible), I was able to run it with the keyboard but it doesn't seem as real. Good Luck

Hello there imfrank. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Please try to install the installation package to a disk with sufficient space. A computer with a 64-bit versions of Windows 10 system is required to run the DJI Flight Simulator. Please run the Flight Simulator on the required system. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply, i got the simulator working but I’m disappointed to see that the mavic air 2 controller is not compatible so I have to use the keyboard.
