Hi,
I have a Phantom 3 Pro, have tried updating firware to P3X_FW_V01.11.0020

Did this with software on clean sd card to the drone and clean usb key to the controller.

SD card came back with the sucess file, but the controller doesnt seem to do anything.

With the app open on an iphone, it doesnt connect to the controller in any way.

The controller does seem to move the camera.

Lights on drone flash yellow on two and constant red on other two

Controller displays red with a quick blink of green.

Any advice well recieved THANKS

Hi there, the firmware of the controller needs to be updated, please try to change a different cable to connect the controller and mobile device. Please also make sure that the DJI GO app has been updated, see if this works. Please keep us updated if the issue persists.

Hi, Have got the latest DJI Go app and have tried multiple usb to lightening cables (all original apple cables), but no connection to controller from app. is their another way to access the controller? Or is it just broken?   If so would replacing the board with the USB's on it be a fix?
