That pretty much explains the problem, the stick doesn't work and when I press the button to the left of it I get "control extension connected".
I don't own a control extension, why would I get this error?

Just an additional information the Osmo Pocket Extension Rod does not support zoom function of the Pocket 2. Thank you for your understanding and support.
