when I connect my tello to charge the battery, the indicator led appears green and then flashes red and does not charge (the blue led does not appear)

Anyone know what can it be?

We are sorry for not replying timely.
Please powered off the aircraft, press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds when the Tello is and release it when the green indicator turns off. Then the indicator will pulse red. Connect to the Tello's Wi-Fi and go to Setting - more - firmware version to upgrade the firmware again.
