Indeed. it had occurred to me that the one you're concentrating on was started first, but looks like being the last to get finished.  Must be a big build. And that crane must be costing a fortune to rent.

They are family of the contractor, so I guess they got a 'special price' but at the cost of a longer build.
The crane is owned by the contractor, so that won't be a huge cost for them.
Also they use traditional methods instead of prefab big blocks. So that takes more time too.
I really like all the timber work with nice joints they have made.
