Hey guys, my name is Santiago from Colombia,i have 2 littles problem with my pocket 2 device,  Seems yo be that my universal port have a problem with plug the port to lightning and type c, and the only solution that i found is plug the doit all handle and lightning at the same time and it workss, i was doing the replacement request because doesnt work the activation of the products, the same problem as osmo pocket 1, but return the product in my country and send back to amazon in US is very expensive, more than 100 bucks, for that reason i have to live with this, but i think the problem is more with the software than the hardware itself, because have no reason that when i plug the do it all handle and the lightning/type c port it works plugged in the phone, but when i take off the doit all handle and try to connected the port it doesnt work. Please i hope you could listen to me cheers!
