I have the USB-C to USB-C (cable 1) connected from the usb-c port on the R5 to the top usb-c port on the gimbal (the RSS port), but there is no communication between the camera and the gimbal, either via the scroll wheel which is set to change ISO, and the rec button on the gimbal.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Fixed this issue, I had not turned the gimbal off and back on. Will leave this up as a troubleshoot just in case people encounter the same issue.

Glad you got it sorted. If you also have the RavenEye, can you try initiating R5 recording from the record icon from the Ronin app's RavenEye section? That's one thing (specifically from the Raveneye section) that is not working for me.

Hi, I have canon R50 and DJI RSC 2 GIMBAL. How or what cable should I use to connect both from R50 to RSS C port on the Gimbal ?
