If you like to keep the ability to choose custom channels, don't update to the latest App (1.2.0)...
The Option to choose custom channels is still there but grayed out...hope DJI will fix this soon cause it's causing very poor range of transmition

It happens only on some builds of android. I have KTU84P and it works flawlessly.

now triyng to downgrade...
Would be great to get a hint how to avoid that issue...?

Thank you anyway - but it seems that the iOS devices have this Problem too....

Custom works on my iPad Air 2

I am not using the DJI PILIOT App but the DJI PILOT App. So, no problems. I will be using it!!!

if you find typos, you may Keep them...

Totaly agree with you GB43

No problems on air 2.  I have actually been happy with the IOS updated version.

Followed all the different threads on the samsung tab s to try and make it usable, will give that one last try today (have not yet flown with 1.2 on it).

Hi yes got to say my iPad crashed twice today  ...that's is a full shut down !!!!!!!  I'm using the  latest app update. Never had that happen BF.

Got the same problem here with my ipad air...no custom channels anymore. It starts to get annoying with this updates without any informations.
Dji should start to keep what is working and to change the things with the problems in the App. Can't understand the logic behind all that.

So that we can see a common link - what is the IOS version you are suing. Have you tried uninstalling the app, turning off the device and then reinstalling?

It's really a downgrade
