I'm pushing down on the look release of the do it all handle but it will not come off the Pocket 2. I can feel and hear the clamps the lock moves adjusting but the do it all handle will not come off even with a lot of force, I'm consdiered I'm going to break something.
Hello krwilkinsmac.com, thank you for reaching us out and my apologies this has caused you. To detach the Do-It-All Handle after use, pull down the unlock key of the handle before removing it from the Pocket 2.
Video below is the tutorial on how to remove it from Pocket to in 0:28.
If the issue persist, please send back your Pocket 2 for testing. You can submit an online repair request through this link: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index
Prior to sending the Pocket 2 I will also need to get a video shows that you can't remove the Do-It-All Handle, serial number for Pocket 2 and the Do-It-All Handle and a screenshot of the Top view of DJI Pocket 2 Do-It-All Handle.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Did wiggling it cause it to them release easily, or did it still require a lot of force? I'm trying but it seems the force I'm applying is likely to break something.
I just received mine today and had the same issue. In my case, I have identified that the left metal latching post in the do it all handle is defective and does not pull back the way the other one does when using the unlock key. Therefore, this could also be your issue if it continues and if it is like mine, it will only get worse as it appears to not be secure and will only take so many pulls before breaking off.
