Cold hard facts is what you need.

So far there are none.
At least none about what the local government will do with the drone zones.
And ultimately that is going to decide where I can fly.

What an “overhyped” phony “up to 46% Off” Non-event DJI’s “Black Friday Sale has been,... Very Disappointing and bordering on “false advertising” !

What a Joke! “up to 46% Off” plastered all over the official DJI web sites with a “countdown clock”, but no new real “sale offers” on Black Friday, and I don’t hold out much hope foe “Cyber Monday”
The only item in the entire Black Friday sale list that is actually 46% Off is the Osmo Action! (And the Osmo Pocket at 33% Off),... BFD!  A few drones are barely discounted: Mavic Mini 9.2%, Mavic 2 Pro 3.8%, Phantom 4 Pro 5%, and Tello Boost Combo at 17%,... no drone models at anything close to “up to 46% Off select drones” as advertised.  
The FPV Experience Combo is listed at the same price that it has been selling for all summer and fall ($819), not a “real” sale price like the 2019 Black Friday Sale price of $699 or the 2020 Father’s Day Sale price of $639 (which was a 28% discount).
The FPV Fly May More Combo Mode 2 is also listed at the same price that it has bee selling for all summer and fall ($929), not a “real” sale price like the 2019 Black Friday Sale price of $799 or the 2020 Father’s Day Sale price of $739 (which was a 27% discount).  I’m calling “Bull Sxxt” on this year’s DJI Black Friday non-Sale,.. if you don’t want to offer good deals and “real” sale prices, at least be honest in your advertising!

You better buy from your local dealer!
Remember DJI will probably never be the cheapest.
Otherwise they will have a hard time with their dealers.
But I agree this was a very badly marketed percentage.

But DJI controls the dealers prices as well, you can hardly see any discounts during the year.There were no significant discounts at retailers, so again, very disappointing BF.

Mainly telling people to ignore the new rules and fly when and where they want.
And telling all others to go somewhere else (on the forum) if they tell what the (legal) reality looks.

How can I get ahold of someone in customer service or does this even exist at Dji? Had a terrible experience with sending my drone in to get repaired.
