Problem Ronin RSC2 + Sony A7III + 24-70GM Vibration when Walking Balance complete, excellent app DJI Ronin CHECK walk slowly, both 2 hand with gimbal

I write email to DJI but they don't help anything ! just say check and check.
I go to shop sell me ! they said Gimbal RSC2 can't handle A7III + 24-70GM because heavy ?

Anyone help me ! have same gear as me ! check  Gimbal RSC2 can handle A7III + 24-70GM or not ?

Could you please try to lower the stiffness or increase the deadband on the Ronin app to see if the vibration will decrease?

I having the same issue with RS2, BlackMagic 6K, Sigma 18-35mm. Autotune give very bad results with shaky footage and manual tuning help a little. It seems to be a common problem, it there a firmware update coming soon ?!

I have the exact same problem. My DJI RSC2 with Sony A7iii and Sigma 24-70 ART lense has micro vibrations in the footage that I didn’t pick up in the recording of it so now I have footage that is wasted and I have left the location!! Not very happy to be honest

The gimbal balances fine, I haven’t made any manual adjustments. I also cannot go into briefcase mode with this setup, triple clicking the trigger does not flip the camera. I also struggle to get into 360roll mode, again not sure why? Making my RSC2 unusable. Any help would be greatly appreciated
