I've got a Mavic Pro 2 (Hasselblad) and the charging cable for the remote controller is missing. I purchased a new USB-A to USB-MicroA cable, but the remote (battery) won't charge. I've ordered another cable to eliminate the possibility of a bad cable.
Note these are not DJI branded/proprietary cables. I can't seem to find those anywhere.

Anyone have any thoughts/guidance on this issue?

The cable for mine is fixed to the charger,  are you sure you're using the right charger for it?

I only have the charger for the drone. No charger for the RC. Can you upload a photo of what you've got? If it's not too much trouble?

The charger for the M2P should have two cables,  one for the battery and one that clips in the side for the remote -

The cable for the remote you can see clipped in on the pic above.

What's this USB port for? Adjacent to where the RC charging cable comes out of the charger body.

can be used for charging tablet or remote. its possible yours has failed if it does not work

when i had my stock remote i used the side built in cable for remote, the big usb you pointed for my samsung tablet, and then the battery plug going to the hub. no issues. now i have smart remote so that charges from the usb sometimes, but it slower
