I just got the DJI pocket 2, but I really can't stand the normal color profile.
Don't you find that it would take a way more contrast to look like as nice as the original Osmo Pocket?
In addition, it would be nice to have the barrel distortion fixed directly in camera.

I have mixed result with normal color. Sometimes it's even better and worth in others.
But I do agree on the Lens Distortion Correction option. It should be built-in to the camera option, so users can choose to turn it on or off.

Fimi Palm has this LDC option and it is quite handy.

I have a feeling DJI will tweak the output of the P2 still a bit further.
