Hi Susan, Yes the Osmo pocket is not able to stay on.
Also, I'm trying to upload a video but not sure what file format should I use and where to upload it.
Can you help?

I am having the same issue, i just unboxed the new unit they sent me and while its charging the unit keeps Turing on by itself, im on the phone with DJI right now

Mine is turning on by itself after a while and the battery is being drained fast.
